About Sarah

Background

Sarah is originally from Marin County.  She is located in the San Francisco Bay Area and works throughout the state of California as well as on location for destination weddings.  

She has worked on commercials with AT&T, Frontier Airlines, Party City, and River Rock Casino-to name a few! 

Her career has extended into TV and film where she has been fortunate enough to work on projects with Milo Ventimiglia, Jane Lynch, Brian Austin Green, Tim Meadows, and many more.

One of her favorite areas of makeup artistry is working with brides on their wedding day.  It is a unique experience that allows her to work closely with the bride to design a look that is unique and classic.

She is known for her attention to detail when helping a bride create a timeless look and has been fortunate enough to travel around the country to help each bride feel at ease and enjoy her special day.

Education

Sarah attended Empire Academy of Makeup where she received a thorough education in makeup application.  The curriculum contained the following courses:

Skin care and the science of skin

Color theory

Corrective makeup

Beauty makeup 

Fashion and runway makeup

Makeup for print (photography and lighting)

Airbrush

Ethnic makeup

Mature Makeup

Makeup for TV and film

Special FX

She continues to learn about new products and the latest trends through continuing education workshops and her work in the TV and film industry.
