Kate and Josh took their engagement photos in Mill Valley and San Francisco. The YOUNGRENS (they're photographers) took them on a photo memory tour of their time together as a couple. They walked through the woods in Mill Valley and revisited their first place in San Francisco. They picked a gorgeous day in the Bay Area, and it was so fun to be a part of such a wonderful couple's journey.

Becky was thinking ahead when she contacted me for her trial. She knew she wanted to meet me and do a preview, and she knew exactly what day she wanted to do it…the day of her engagement photos. This was a great way for her to see the makeup on film, and ask friends and family their opinions. I had a wonderful time working with her and look forward to do her wedding in October. They chose to have their engagment photos taken on the beach in Carlsbad. The photos ended up being absolutely beautiful. The beach was a risky choice in the spring time; we had to reschedule 3 times due to the marine layer! Finally, we were able to get a beautiful, clear day. We were all so excited to get to do this photo shoot, and I think it’s evident in this photo.
